Welcome to BOOM CRM. We fully understand that the privacy of your data is a top priority, especially since our system handles sensitive information related to your business and your customers. This Privacy Policy aims to clearly explain how we handle your data with full transparency.

By using our services, whether during a free trial or as a paid subscriber, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our service:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and company name upon registration.
  • Customer & Business Data: The data you input into the system, such as client contact lists, communication logs, and sales pipelines. This data belongs exclusively to you.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the system (e.g., features used, login times) strictly to improve user experience and fix bugs.

3. Absolute Confidentiality & Sharing

We are strictly committed to the confidentiality of your business data. We do not sell, rent, or share your customer lists or business data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only in the following restricted cases:

  • Service Providers: Secure third-party companies that help us operate the service (e.g., encrypted cloud hosting, email delivery).
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Boom AI Privacy

Our system includes features powered by Artificial Intelligence (Boom AI) to help you automate tasks and draft communications.

AI Data Protection: We absolutely do not use your private customer data or files to train public AI models. Any text or prompt you input is processed securely and used exclusively to generate your desired output within your private workspace.

5. Data Retention & The 30-Day Rule

We understand that you might need time to evaluate our system or manage your subscription, so we have designed a fair data retention policy:

  • During the Free Trial: You can safely input real business data to test the system fully.
  • Post-Trial or Account Cancellation: If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, or if you cancel your subscription, your account will be suspended. However, we securely retain your data for a full 30 days.
  • Permanent Deletion: If the 30-day grace period passes without a subscription activation or renewal, all your data, client lists, and files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers to ensure your privacy.

6. Data Protection & Security

Your data security is critical to us. We use advanced industry standards to protect your information, including:

Encryption & Firewalls: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols, and our databases are protected by advanced cloud firewalls.

We also perform regular automated backups to ensure your data is never lost due to technical failures.

7. Your Rights

As a user of the system, you maintain full control over your data:

  • Right to Export: You can export your customer lists and data from the system at any time.
  • Right to Rectification: You can correct or update any company information via your settings.
  • Right to Immediate Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data *before* the 30-day period ends by contacting our support team.
