This Refund Policy explains how payments work at BOOM ERP. Our model is simple and transparent: try the platform free, with no payment details, and only pay when you are confident it is right for you.
Because we give you a full, risk-free trial before any payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. The sections below explain this in detail.
2. Free Trial — No Credit Card Needed
We want you to evaluate BOOM ERP with zero pressure and zero risk.
This means you can fully test the platform and make an informed decision before any money changes hands. The trial is your opportunity to confirm BOOM ERP fits your business.
3. No Refunds After Subscription
Once you decide to subscribe and a payment is made, that payment is final.
Since the free trial lets you experience the full platform beforehand at no cost, subscribing is a confirmation that the Service meets your needs. We therefore do not issue partial or full refunds on subscription charges.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You remain in full control of your subscription:
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or past billing periods.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a clear technical billing mistake — please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review genuine billing errors in good faith and correct any verified mistake.
This applies strictly to billing errors and does not change the non-refundable nature of valid subscription payments described above.
