Access Rules Per Book
Each book can be limited to specific roles, specific staff members, or both. Leave the access list empty and any staff member with view permission can read it. Six capabilities split what your team can do with the module.

Every single update saves a version snapshot on its own — nobody has to remember to. Compare any old version against the current one as a diff, and restore it if the old wording was right; the current version is snapshotted first, so nothing is lost either way.
