Most form tools stop at collecting answers. In BOOM ERP the entry stays inside the system, where your team can screen it, discuss it and turn it into an appointment.

Files sent through a form can be moved automatically to your own storage server over SFTP, and the links in notification emails are signed and expire after the number of days you choose — the file itself stays on the entry.

Forms work with the rest of BOOM ERP: book an interview through Appointments, follow up with customers in the CRM, and manage hiring alongside HR & Payroll.

Yes, if you turn on the confirmation. It goes to the address they typed in the form, and your team can receive an alert for every entry.
